We ship most packages using UPS services depending on address and cost. You may request one service over another using the "comments" box during your checkout process.

The day your order ships CAN NOT be counted as one of the shipping days!
Over night shipments will be delivered next business day. If you order on a Thursday, it will be delivered on a Friday. If you order on a Friday, delivery will be Monday of the following week.
2nd Day orders shipped on Monday will be delivered on a Wednesday.
3 Day orders shipped on a Monday will be delivered on Thursday.
We ship all packages over $50.00 in value to continuous United States destinations via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground free of charge up to 8 lbs. - Standard shipping only.
All packages over 8 lbs. will be quoted using best means possible. You will be notified via email within 24 hrs if any additional charges apply to your order.
We ship packages to APO & FPO destinations via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates above do not apply to APO & FPO addresses. You will be charged current published rates as shown at www.USPS.com.
We ship packages to Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations via USPS Global Priority Mail - Variable Weight (Single) Mail. You will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order with actual shipping cost. If using Paypal for an order and shipping to these locations, we will email you the added cost for shipping. Your order will not ship until that cost is paid through Paypal or credit card.

When Will My Order Ship?
All instock items ship within 24 hours of order placement. Backordered items will ship within 2-4 business days, although occasional unexpected delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping services can result in a delay. Chrome Glow will notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delays in the fulfillment of your order. Backordered items will be shipped USPS mail or UPS Ground Servces at no extra charge to you upon arrival at Chrome Glow. |

- International packages are ship via US Postal Service, or UPS services only. Chrome Glow reserves the right to use the best shipping methods based on package weight and contents.
- Chrome Glows U.S. shipping charges listed above or any special promotional shipping charges DO NOT apply to international shipments. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost, duty, and fees.

Returns or exhanges are not accepted for international orders.
The risk of loss or non-delivery of any merchandise shipped internationally passes to the customer (you) when the merchandise is transfered to the international shipping carrier.
