Chrome Glow Policies
**Unless stated in the product description, all LED lights, license plate frames, bulbs, turn signals, brake lights, or light bars are NOT DOT approved and are sold for show and off road use.**
Returns/Exchanges
NO RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CHROME GLOW ISSUED RMA# CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSUDE OF PACKAGE!
All returns must be received by Chrome Glow within 30 days from date of original shipment. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. All returns must be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) before any returns or exchanges can be made. RA#'s can be obtained by contacting Chrome Glow at 585-388-3307. Chrome Glow shipping department will not accept any returns without this number. RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the returning package. The RA# does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that the merchandise will be inspected based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. A photo copy of your order showing the order/invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation of return and a contact phone number where you can be reached. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by either Chrome Glow corporate check, Credit Card account credit, or Chrome Glow account credit, to be determined by Chrome Glow.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns of items that value is over $50.00. There is a flat rate restocking fee of $7.50 for items under $50.00.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. No returns on items marked "Clearance". In order for a returned item to be accepted, the returned item must be in its original condition (no damage) and returned in it's original, undamaged packaging. Returned items, including the items packaging, must be in "As New" condition to receive a refund.
Chrome Glow will NOT accept returns or exchanges of merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, used, mounted, scratched, assembled, or defaced. Items for return must be packaged in manner as to prevent damage during return. Any original shipping charges paid by Chrome Glow including orders shipped with "free Shipping" will be deducted from any refund. Shipping charges will be applied to all exchanged items regardless of the value of the items (No free shipping on exchanges).
Warranty
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer or installer abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Chrome Glow is only subject to manufacturers warranty, if any, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims.
Limited Warranty - warrants that products sold by Chrome Glow, if maintained and operated under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Many products are covered under manufacturers warranty as stated within the manufacturers paperwork supplied with the item(s). Some items may contain longer manufactures warranties. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
LED Lifetime Warranty - warrants that products sold by Chrome Glow, if maintained and operated under normal conditions, are covered for LED failure only. This does not cover failure due to abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling.
Warranty Claims - See above 'Return Exchange" policy for RMA details. Please include a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you along with your return. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer, however, will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. Please note, if the item is tested and found not to be defective, the customer will be charged a $5.99 fee to reship the item , we encourage you to work with us to trouble shoot any problem you may be having before sending an item back.
Specials & Promotions: To receive any or all promotions listed you must use the promo code listed on the home page or in email promoting the special when instructed at checkout. All sales listed as "Sale", "Promo", "Promotion", or "Special" will only be for time period listed by our email or home page description of the event. Events can be cancelled at any time without notice. Promotional or Specials discounts DO NOT apply to shipping charges.
Orders with Declined Credit Cards: Customers with declined credit cards will be notified at checkout or via email within 24 hours of declined card. Chrome Glow will try to reprocess the credit card after a minimum of 2 days to obtain an approval code. chrome Glow will attempt to reprocess the card a maximum of 4 times over a 20 day period. If no approval code is obtained or we have not heard back from you the customer your order will be deleted from the system.
International Shipments: Shipping charges at checkout are for U.S. destinations only. You will be notified of your actual shipping charges via email. - You are responsible for any transaction fee from Pay Pay if you cancel your order or do not accept shipping charges emailed to you after you have paid for your order. - All international purchases using a credit card or Pay PAL must have the same 'Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Customer is responsible for all international shipping cost and duty. You will be notified of shipping charges via email. - International packages are ship via UPS or USPS International services only. Chrome Glow reserves the right to use the best shipping methods based on package weight and contents. - Chrome Glows shipping charges listed above or any special promotional shipping charges DO NOT apply to international shipments. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost, duty, and fees. Contact us at info@chromeglow.com for international shipping charges. All warranties are VOID outside the United States.
Returns or exhanges are not accepted for international orders. The risk of loss or non-delivery of any merchandise shipped internationally passes to the customer (you) when the merchandise is transfered to the international shipping carrier. ChromeGlow.com will use UPS or USPS International Mail for any international shipment regardless of alternate carrier requested by you, the customer.
